NCLB Application
Test Dates & Locations
Applications to take or retake the NCLB certification test will be accepted at any of the test dates and locations listed below. To apply, click the link below your preferred date/location and follow the instructions on the screen. The NBPCB makes every effort to schedule tests in areas where there is a high level of interest. If you do not see a test offered in your area, let us know you are interested by submitting an NCLB Interest Form.
Applications will not be accepted after the registration deadline. Applications are not complete until the NBPCB has received all fees, unless other arrangements have been approved by the NBPCB. If you do not see a test in your area, please submit an NCLB Interest Form.
Fees
Application Fee - $250
Recertification Fee - $250
Retest Fee - $250 (all sections)
Retest Fee - $75 (single section)
Non-Sufficient Funds Policy
A fee of $25.00 will be charged for any returned check due to NSF. Fees must then be paid by bank draft or money order. No services will be provided by NBPCB until the application fee is paid in full.
Refund Policy
Up to $150 of the total application fee will be refunded upon the applicant's request, if applicants cancel 30 days prior to taking the examination. All other fees are non-refundable.
