Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) Policy
A fee of $25.00 will be charged for any returned check due to NSF. Fees must then be paid by bank draft or money order. No services will be provided by the NBPCB until all fees are paid in full.

Fees and Payment
Applications will not be processed if appropriate fees are not paid in full at the time the application is submitted. All fees can be paid by personal check, bank draft, or money order to: NBPCB, 101 South Trenton Street, Ruston , LA 71270. Following is a list of the applicable fees for certification.

Application and Testing Fee - $250.00
Retesting Fees
Written Retest Fee - $75.00
Indoor Retest Fee - $100.00
Outdoor Retest Fee - $100.00Certificate Replacement Fee - $20.00
Refund Policy
Application processing fees are non-refundable. Testing fees can be refunded if the applicant does not pass the application process and does not schedule testing. Testing fees will be refunded only if applicants cancel 30 days prior to taking examinations. All other fees are non-refundable.
